Guest passes may be request from Parking Services for visitor who are coming to campus on official California State University business. To determine whether or not your visitors qualify for Guest Pass dispensation please go visit the Parking Policy, section 1.02 Special Permit/Dispensation, http://policies.csusb.edu/parking.htm

When requesting of 10 or fewer Guest Permits, please email information1@csusb.edu or contact Information Services at 537-5915. Please be sure to include the name of your guest, the date and time your guest will be arriving, the reason for the visit, and the department and contact number of the requester. Please be sure to request Guest Passes no later than 24 hours in advance.

When requesting 10 or more guest permits, please email your request to parking@csusb.edu or complete and forward the Guest Pass Request Form to Parking Services.

Your office will be contacted if any additional information is required to complete your request.
